Trainee speed dating in Schwabach – young talents in focus

At the apprentice speed dating event in Schwabach, companies meet motivated young people looking for a suitable apprenticeship. This year, Intellity was once again represented at the Markgrafensaal in Schwabach to inspire young talents to pursue IT training.

Vasi Tomoiaga, who is currently completing his apprenticeship certificate and is a prospective trainer at Intellity. Together with our apprentice Dominik Gill (3rd year), he answered questions from interested young people and provided authentic insights into the daily routine of an apprentice in the IT industry.

The concept of the apprentice speed dating event is simple and effective:

Several companies from the region present themselves at their own booths and each hold 15-minute conversations with young people interested in an apprenticeship. Many participants register in advance to secure fixed interview slots. In addition, numerous spontaneous encounters arise, which are often the first step toward a successful professional future.

For us, the apprentice speed dating event is an excellent opportunity to meet potential apprentices in person, answer questions about training at Intellity, and encourage direct communication.
