Direct conversation: Our day at the trainee speed dating event in Schwabach

This year we took part in the trainee speed dating event in the Markgrafensaal in Schwabach again - and for us it was a success! At my side was our trainee in the 3rd year, Berkan, who was able to share his first-hand experiences with potential young talents.

At the trainee speed dating event, students have the opportunity to get to know several companies in the region in 15-minute conversations and take the first steps towards a training position. The response was impressive: our calendar was almost completely booked up in advance, and some students were even already looking for training positions in 2026!

The event not only offered pre-arranged appointments, but also spontaneous conversations with interested applicants. The young talents came not only from Schwabach, but also from the surrounding regions such as Roth. What was particularly gratifying for us was that our appointments have doubled compared to last year!

A big thank you goes to the Nuremberg Chamber of Industry and Commerce, which organized and sponsored the event. It is always inspiring to meet so many motivated young people.
