Kai Bußmann at Intellity: What does the new tech expert bring to the game?

Kai Bußmann has been part of our Managed Service team for almost a month now, where he works as a Support Engineer. His specialized knowledge in the areas of Mobile Device Management, IT Support and IT Security, especially in the management of Android and iOS devices via Intune, Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Tenant Security and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, enriches our team for the further expansion of our technical capabilities.

Kai will utilize his skills in our Microsoft Teams Rooms Service (MTR) for the following essential functions:

• The meticulous review and maintenance of devices including regular checks, updates and fixes to ensure optimal performance.
• Customer support, where Kai provides fast and competent assistance with our customers' technical queries, underlining our commitment to service excellence.
• Maintenance of connected systems such as Intune, Teams Admin Center (TAC) and Azure Active Directory (AAD)

As part of our Managed Service team, Kai's work actively contributes to the Intellity mission: to create a disruption-free and state-of-the-art meeting environment for our clients.

Our proactive Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) service not only contributes significantly to increasing efficiency and improving collaboration in our clients' teams. Our service also significantly reduces the workload for the customer's IT administrators on site. The early detection and rectification of potential faults minimizes emergency interventions, which makes the administrators' day-to-day work considerably easier. This allows them to concentrate on other strategic tasks.
