Collaboration at Intellity – what we questioned in Prague

Two days. Four topics. Many conversations.

Our Company Workshop in Prague was no routine meeting. No pre-prepared presentations. Instead: open discussions about how collaboration works at Intellity today – and how it can be improved in the future.

It wasn't about optimizing processes. It was about understanding what people need to work well together.

And: How do we make it better?

Talent Development – What Really Helps People Grow

What's the point of further training if it doesn't suit the person? What good is a career path if it doesn't fit the team's reality?

We talked about real development. About recognizing potential, even outside of formal structures. About leadership that doesn't promote to meet a quota – but because it makes sense.

We believe that talent development doesn't start with a tool – but with genuine interest.

Marketing – What's said must be true

We don't do marketing to be loud. But so that people understand what we do – and how we think.

In Prague, we asked ourselves: What do we say about ourselves? And what of that is truly relevant to the people we meet – whether as customers, applicants, or partners?

Achieving less impact, having more impact. That's what we're all about.

AI in everyday life – a tool, not a decision-maker

Artificial intelligence has long been part of our work. But what makes its use meaningful?

In Prague, we openly discussed where AI actually supports us – for example, in structuring information or automating recurring tasks. At the same time, it became clear: Not every task is suitable for it. And not every decision can be delegated.

We use AI where it makes work easier – not where it replaces responsibility.

Dealing with AI requires clear rules, technical understanding, and above all: a shared awareness of what we want to delegate – and what we don't.

Future Work by Intellity – what really matters today

What do people need to be able to work well? Flexibility alone is not enough. It's about orientation, clear communication, and effective collaboration – regardless of where someone is working from.

Good work needs freedom – and clear lines.

What remains?

Prague was a stopover – not to pause, but to consciously observe.

We took time to listen, ask questions, and rethink. The goal wasn't to clarify everything – but to make the important things visible.

Not because we're missing something. But because we want to improve.

We're taking this attitude with us. And from this emerges what defines collaboration.
